As a 1st Shift General Laborer, you'll play a vital role in packaging, stacking, and processing products to keep everything running smoothly. This hands-on role offers stability and opportunity in a fast-paced environment, perfect for those seeking to build their experience in warehousing and manufacturing.

Required Skills:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable standing for long periods and walking extensive distances
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to operate manual and powered equipment (training for certifications if needed)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts
• Prior warehouse or general labor experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus but not required

Other Requirements:

• Successful completion of a 5-Panel Drug Screen and Basic Background Check.
• Must wear jeans, plain T-shirts, and closed-toe or steel-toed shoes
• Availability for 10-hour first shifts
• Ability to work weekends.
