Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an administrative assistant position
· Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with proven examples
· Excellent organizational skills
· Dexterity in hands and fingers for filing and typing electronic documents
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in time management, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize
· Strong interpersonal skills, working effectively in a team environment and interacting in a professional and positive manner
· Able to sit for prolonged periods of time
· Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
· Familiarity with office procedures
· Working knowledge of office devices and processes · A fast typist with knowledge in taking notes and documentation

HS Diploma / GED preferred

Responsibilities:
· Scan hard copies of employee personnel records
· Create electronic employee files (Onboarding paperwork, reviews, Confidentiality Forms, Payroll)
· Manage employee boards and notices
· Handle Misc. Projects (Termination shred project & Employee Engagement)
· Other Misc. tasks requested by HR
