Join our dynamic team as a Senior Systems Administrator, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our server infrastructure, telephony systems, and enterprise applications. As a leader in our IT department, you'll exercise independent judgment, make recommendations, and drive planning and coordination to achieve departmental goals.

Overview: We're seeking a seasoned Senior Systems Administrator to oversee the administration and daily operations of our server, telephony, and help desk support systems. You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain a secure cyber and physical environment, and drive innovation in our IT infrastructure. As the second-in-charge, you'll provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, ensuring the success of our IT operations.

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and server virtualization
• Expertise in Microsoft Exchange and O365 administration
• In-depth understanding of Active Directory and its management
• Experience in troubleshooting server hardware and software problems
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with disaster recovery procedures and backup administration
• Knowledge of VMware and Server Lifecycle management tools
• Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and migration projects

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from a college or university or four years related experience and/or training
• Minimum of 3-5 years increasing experience in server administration, systems management, infrastructure management, and software management
• 2+ years' experience in a leadership role with experience overseeing IT support/help desk teams
