- **ST - Distribution Center Associate 1st Shift**

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Distribution Center Associate 1st Shift. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center, from receiving and processing shipments to maintaining accurate inventory levels. **Required Skills:**
* Basic math, reading, and writing skills
* Ability to listen and follow directions for department processes
* Repetitive lifting requirement up to 55 pounds
* Basic computer skills; data entry and retrieval
* Hand/eye coordination to perform major tasks of the position
* Ability to use calculator
* Current certification for PIT equipment operation (training provided)
**Nice to Have Skills:**
* Experience with RF inventory software
* Knowledge of cGMP and Standard Operation Procedures
* Basic knowledge of material handling equipment operation
**Preferred Education and Experience:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
**Other Requirements:**
* Ability to work a 1st shift schedule (Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm)
* Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
