We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our 3rd shift team as a Distribution Center Associate. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center, from receiving and processing inventory to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
**What We're Looking For**
* Ensure accurate inventory management and processing of shipments
* Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
* Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and retrieval
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Follow established safety procedures and report any concerns
**The Skills We Need**
* Basic math, reading, and writing skills
* Ability to listen and follow directions
* Repetitive lifting requirement up to 55 pounds
* Basic computer skills, including data entry and retrieval
* Hand/eye coordination for performing major tasks
* Ability to use a calculator
**Nice to Have Skills**
* Experience with RF inventory software
* Knowledge of PIT equipment operation and maintenance
* Certification in PIT equipment operation (training provided)
**Education and Experience**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
**Additional Requirements**
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications
