As an Automation Operator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our blow mold machine, maintaining high-quality products, and meeting production quotas. **Required Skills:**

* Ability to operate a blow mold machine safely and efficiently
* Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas
* Basic math skills and ability to track production numbers
* Physical ability to lift and move equipment and materials

**Nice to Have Skills:**

* Experience with manufacturing equipment and processes
* Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
* Familiarity with paperwork and documentation systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Education and Experience:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; experience with blow mold machines a plus

**Other Requirements:**

* Ability to work 3rd shift (night shift) schedule
* Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications
