Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our campus facilities. Job Duties:

• Cleaning facilities
• Cleaning restrooms
• Cleaning locker rooms
• Cleaning offices
• Mopping, sweeping, buffing
• Other general duties as assigned

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills

• Previous experience in custodial or maintenance work
• Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment and machinery
• Basic first aid and CPR certification

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in custodial or maintenance work

Other Requirements

• Must pass a 10-panel drug screen
• Must have a background check with no felony convictions; any convictions require approval
• Must be able to complete TSI paperwork and participate in a phone interview
