**Overview**

In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality checks on our production lines, working closely with supervisors and processing teams to achieve production goals and service standards. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, while also providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, resolving customer complaints, and participating in continuous improvement projects.

**Required Skills**

- Knowledge of quality control procedures and practices
- Proficiency in using computers and common office machinery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take direction, work independently, and prioritize tasks
- Basic data entry and math skills
- Ability to recognize and respond to unsafe working conditions
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve stooping, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

**Nice to Have Skills**

- Experience with inventory management and quality control systems
- Knowledge of food safety standards (for food grade warehouses)
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)

**Preferred Education and Experience**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in quality control, customer service, or a related field

**Other Requirements**

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate exposure to unusual elements
