Production Associate

Will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates will need to have good eye/hand coordination and good finger dexterity to work with small parts. Candidate will need to follow direction and interact with others while performing their job. Will perform repetitive bench or line assembly, inspection, soldering, sorting, material handling or operate varies types of or machines. Must meet specified productivity and quality standards. Will follow work orders and instructions from crew leaders, supervisors or managers. Must follow all company policies and procedures and will work overtime as scheduled.

Position requires you to stand the entire shift. Must have at least 3 months manufacturing experience. Must have the ability to work with extremely small materials/parts. Ability to lift up to 25lbs. Must pass a color blindness test and must pass basic math skills test including measurements and recognition. Must have reliable transportation to work, valid drivers license is preferred. Must have a positive attendance history, positive attitude and the ability to work overtime as scheduled. (10hr shifts or 2 hours over in the morning or afternoon and the rare weekend) Must pass a background check and drug screen. Dress: Jeans/Dockers, Shoes that cover toes and heels. NO shorts, capris, sweats, workout pants, short shirts, sleeveless shirts, high heels, profanity or obscenities, hanging jewelry or baggy pants
