It wants a return on its investment, and reliable people are more likely to provide such a return.
#5—It’s the first step to branding yourself as trustworthy.
Trust is a valuable commodity in life, and that applies to the world of work. It’s difficult to gain and easy to lose. And since, by and large, many people believe there is a shortage of people they can actually trust, you can more easily stand out from the crowd if you’re seen as trustworthy.
