Contract Staffing

Clients in need of temporary associates for a special project, seasonal work, or peak workload periods can use contract staffing. Contract staffing gives our Clients the benefits of flexibility to meet production goals and includes an all- inclusive bill rate when it comes to such costs as payroll taxes, unemployment, worker’s compensation and others. A Time associate placed with our Clients is screened, interviewed, tested, and provided an overview of the job requirements. Contract to Direct

When our Clients are looking for new employees, a perfect option is a Contract to Direct arrangement. A qualified Time associate is placed in our Client’s facility for a predetermined length of time. At the successful conclusion of the contract period, the Client can directly hire the Time associate at no further cost. Working with associates during such a probationary period provides the opportunity to ascertain whether or not the arrangement is beneficial to both parties. During the contract period all costs associated with payroll, worker’s compensation, unemployment, payroll taxes, etc. are managed by Time.

Direct Placement

Sometimes Clients want to hire a new employee directly but might be focused on the core business. That’s a great opportunity to allow Time Staffing to find the right candidate! Candidates are screened and qualified to make sure all requirements for hiring are met. The Client then has the opportunity to interview candidates and select the best candidate. Time’s in-depth order taking process provides the information necessary to identify the best individuals that will fit the Client’s needs. Once a selection is made and the new employee starts work, Client is billed an agreed-upon placement fee. This option will saves Clients the time and the cost of the recruiting process while maintaining the required screening and interviewing guidelines.
